Some features require a paid plan. Plan details, billing cycles, and refund policies are described at checkout. We may change plans and pricing with notice to active subscribers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for disputes between players, organizers, or third parties arising from events or matches arranged through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Multiverse League LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Multiverse League LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
